Memories Are Golden

Memories Are Golden is an aptly named community hub bringing together individuals living with dementia and those who may be at risk of social isolation. The hub provides a safe place to socialise and build friendships as well as providing meaningful activities and entertainment to promote wellbeing.

Local organisations such as this are a vital resource and The Tudwick Foundation is pleased to have supported the members with a day out in Felixstowe. 26 people attended the trip and despite a slightly wet start, everyone enjoyed the day - from sitting on the beach, to walking in the local park and sampling the fish and chips and ice cream!
